My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were not only spacious and immaculately clean but also had the softest and nicest bed I have experienced in a long time. Despite already paying in full, the comfort of the bed exceeded my expectations. The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming, with staff available 24/7 and always ready to assist in every aspect from room service to shuttle service. The location was excellent, close to the airport yet very quiet, and the cleanliness and freshness of the spacious rooms added to the charm. The dining experience was fantastic, with a poolside option for relaxation and a friendly staff that made my stay enjoyable after a long flight into Kigali.

The A/C worked perfectly, and the room was spacious. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff ready to assist in every area, from the corridors to the restaurant. The location was excellent, close to the airport yet very quiet. The dining experience was delicious, though I wished for a bit more variety in fruit choices.
